1: We have the ability to accept or not accept a site as an affiliate based on following credentials (content, appearance, activity).
2: Sites inactive for over a month or in maintainance mode will be deleted without warning.
3: Affiliates must have a clean and clear (no smudges, make it look nice) affy banner of a nice size (88 x 31, for example)
4: We will affiliate with a site of any kind, but reserve static spots for human RPs
5: Our affiliation banner must be up before you apply
